In this picture, René and I are at one of our favorite restaurants in Bern, called Neal’s Hamburgers. It is a nice, low key, fast food restaurant.

Here is one young boy playing in the fountain on the Bundesplatz and trying to hold down one of the sprays. I would say he is semi-successful.

During the summer, the fountain on the Bundesplatz in Bern is full of children. If you are too young or not strong enough to handle the river, than this is a great place to cool down.

Jumping from a couple of bridges over the Aare is a very popular thing to do during the summer in Bern. I will admit that I have done it and it is very fun and exhilerating.

This is the large fountain in the middle of Helvetiaplatz in Bern, Switzerland. The fountain has interesting statues and is unique in design.

This is a small pond within a park called the Kleine Schanze (Little Chance). This park is located in Bern, Switzerland and is a very popular place relax in the summer.

This is a shot of one the glaciers up on the mountain. This was the first glacier I have seen in person. They are quite amazing.
