This is a great picture of Lake Thun and the mountain called the Niessen, which stands sentry above the lake.

This is a view of the Aare, which is a river in Switzerland. The Aare winds through Bern and a favorite place to gather for locals and tourists alike.

This is a shot of one the glaciers up on the mountain. This was the first glacier I have seen in person. They are quite amazing.

The Alpsee is behind the castle, nestled in the mountains. I took this picture from in the castle.

Vaduz is the capital of Liechtenstein. The country of Liechtenstein lies to the east of Switzerland and is about 4 miles wide by 16 miles long. Yes, very small.

This is my favorite picture of the falls that I took. I don’t know particularly why though. From the top of the rock I took a picture almost straight down and this is what I got.

Is it just me, or is this water coming right at us? This picture really captured what it was like to look out from the top of the rock.

Finally at the top of the rock. Looking down at the falls now. The water is so loud, that you have to practically yell to talk to anyone.

This is the second break on the way up the steps. This little outlook was so close to the raging waters that you were in a cloud of mist.
