In Swiss society, people go out for drinks a lot. No special occasions, just to go and chat. In this picture is René and two of his friends, Left to Right, Marc and José.

Here is another picture of Herisau. Herisau is the capital of the Canton of Appenzell Ausserroden.

This is the town of Herisau, which is located in the eastern side of Switzerland. René and I went there to help teach a class about guide dogs.

This was fun. The moss goes from the ground all the way to the top of the tree.

Here are some branches of a tree that are dripping with moss. It was really interesting and quite beautiful to see everything green.

I took a walk one day and noticed that all the trees in an area were really green. This particular one looked neon green. I wish I knew why everything was green in just this area.

While we were in Chester’s, which is a Bar/Restaurant, René tried his hand at taking a picture. Not too bad, eh?

As you can see, Maria found a comfortable spot for herself on a train. She actually really likes riding trains.

As I walked to Thun I took this picture. It is one of the main roads leading to Thun. The castle is also able to be seen throughout the entire walk.
